Game Crashing When Joining Matches.

It only started doing this since the season 2 update.

When joining solo multiplayer matches it has maybe a 50% chance of successfully joining into a match, when joining with others its almost never works. It is getting worse.

Reinstalling the anti-cheat only gets my maybe a match or two consecutively. Verifying Files/reinstalling has an even less of a chance of working. I've limited my framerate to 90 in nvidia app, no overclocking, using latest drivers, everything is updated. I've done adjusted Firewall/Windows security to be more friendly. Running on medium graphics settings. In-game i limited to a frame rate of 60. Cleared data Cache. At this point im at a loss. I do not want to adjust any bio settings, as ive seen some people suggest. 

ryzen 9 9950x3d, 4070ti super, 64gb Ram, and the game is installed on a SSD.
