Game Launching Failure

Whenever BF6 actually launches on my PC, I feel like I've struck gold as some days it works, some days it gets stuck at the point in my screenshot. I have tried reinstalling and verifying the game, reinstalling and repairing Javelin, adjusting exploit protection settings, a couple of other troubleshooting steps I can't remember, and finally a Windows 10 reset (no disk wipe). It is still behaving this way. Does anyone have any advice? This happens when launching from both Steam and the EA app, though I only own the full game on Steam.
