I have received a gift in games messages for reported cheaters, it was sticker or something with writing "Natural Aimbot" or something similiar. After opening message and "claiming" the gift from it the message is gone and there's no gift anywhere

I've not been able to track it down after claiming it either. I've asked some people I know who were awarded it if they've been able to find it.
However, generally speaking, missing items are something that needs to be raised with EA Help. They can't be provided here, as nobody has access to game accounts for security reasons. If you wanted to try EA Help (I'm going to give it a few days first), the guide below should let you contact them.
