Godot program issue (gdconverter)

I have asked on the Godot forum and got no good answer. Here is my dilemma:

ERROR: Traceback (most recent call last):
  ERROR:   File "C:\Users\X\Documents\PortalSDK\code\gdconverter\src\gdconverter\export_tscn.py", line 6, in <module>
  ERROR:     from gdconverter import _json_scene_types as jstype
  ERROR: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'gdconverter'

When i try to export my level in Godot, this error shows.  I'm using MP_FireStorm as my map, I've placed vehicles, moved the TEAM HQ spawns, altered the combat area, and set up a deploy cam. Any help would be appreciated. This is driving me nuts.
