I’m having an issue joining BR Ranked matches. When I try to enter a game, the matchmaking just keeps counting the minutes and never actually puts me into a match.
I’ve already tried waiting, restarting the game, and checking my connection, but the problem continues.
Could you please help me fix this issue?

I am running into the same problem, Oceana servers and even tried using exitlag and still no result?

Sorry to hear you’re running into that.
If Ranked BR matchmaking just keeps counting and never actually places you into a match, could you let us know which platform and region you’re playing from? It would also be helpful to know whether this is only happening in Ranked BR, or if other modes are affected as well.
If you haven’t already, it may also be worth trying: fully restarting the game and platform client once more before retrying
