ello EA Support, I’m having an issue joining BR Ranked matches. When I try to enter a game, the matchmaking just keeps counting the minutes and never actually puts me into a match. I’ve already tried waiting, restarting the game, and checking my connection, but the problem continues. Could you please help me fix this issue? Thank you. The amount of time loss that we all have wasted in our lives waiting for a ranked lobby to queue is ridiculous!! Im a rookie 5 and have waited 2 hours so far for a match! I and other streamers have lost viewers, followers, and money to this wait. This should have been fixed the release date! There is absolutely no **bleep** need of it!! No wonder why you lost so many players to call of duty and arc raiders!!!! CM edit: Edited post to change from All Caps and edited title to better reflect the issue.

This Game is good to play only problem is the audio can’t hear the foot steps the redeploy becon is louder the the footsteps .Can hear a tank until is on you already .cant see it on the mini map battle Royale the fire is too bright. Can’t see your opponent when he’s riding the fire blends in with the fire. when you’re running in battle Royale, your footsteps are way louder than your opponents. It’s like they got a perfect audio but mine isn’t. I’ve messed with the audio already. I just need for a fix on the audio and do something about the tank on the mini map appearing instead of just being invisible until you finally run into it and I’ll be good with this game.
After Season 3 update..
So i will start with that what i always saying about dice updates. Dice updated game, added a lot of stuff nice, but state of performance in game on various platforms kind'a broked? i played like a 1500h which is insane yea but in this time game came from garbeage on literally 10y old pc to kinda playable sure i can not play conquest with no single lag sometime but guys right now its horrible fps droping inconsistant latency too sometimes i cant stand this how iam susposed to play rankeds in redsec when every gunfight i am in the thing iam seeing on screen is sudden fps drop latency raise giga lag and dead. FIX THIS FAST its not better when performance is droping even on old pcs especialy if it worked fine before... guys pls are this sick ? for me it is sry but right now iam dissapointed even when season 3 is big deal and liked it a lot. fix performance on older pcs with older cpus. love u, but now iam mad greetings
