Hacked and cant access email

Sorry to hear someone else seems to have gotten into your account. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account and system back into your control. You won't be able to get through all of them as you've mentioned not having access to the account email address since that isn't your email, which is understandable.
After that you'll need to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums.
Once you've gone through the steps linked above, you can use the Contact us option at the bottom of that page or create a case here to get in touch with the support team so they can help with the account recovery. That should let you get in touch regardless of whether you have access to the email itself, but if you're running into trouble creating the case try using an incognito mode/private browser tab and creating the case as a guest. You'll be able to provide details about the account in question after that point.
