Has anyone else been ripped off by EA twice now?

I bought the pro battle pass and even though the belittle pass is complete. Didn't receive half my stuff.  And then I was foolish enough to give them my money again.. Bought the phantom upgrade and never received the Battle Token. They said I could use it for next seasons battle pass, but surprise surprise. It's not there. I'm on PS5. Anyone have any idea what to do. I started a ticket and sent them my receipt and what not. They never have a big on their end on taking the money though huh? Then they email me saying " Go to cases, click resume and talk to chat support." And that's no an option. It just says 'Close case". Any advice other than never spending another cent with EA would be greatly appreciated.
