Hi there. Can you attach a DXDiag? I'll go over it to see if there are any issues.

Have you tried an older graphics driver?
Are your BIOS drivers up to date?

Thank you. Here are some suggestions.

Try upgrading your RAM from 16 gb to 32 gb

Roll back your graphics driver to version 24.3.1 or 24.5.1

Enable HAGS (Enable Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling)

Update your chipset driver (AMD) and BIOS
