Hidden 100 fps cap

When i go to the firing range there is something limiting an fps cap to 100 dead on. It doesn't care if I'm using the in game limiter, if i have RTSS cap or not,if i repair the game, if i ddu Nvidia drivers. Doesn't matter if I'm in Fullscreen, borderless or windowed mode, also the same with Fullscreen optimizations turned on or off for the bf6.exe. v-sync, g-sync also doesn't change this. I even deleted the PROFSAVE files. I also purged dxcache. This only seems to be on my new win11 iot ltsc ssd as on the win10 SSD this isn't happening, and i get 200+ CPU fps.

I can see how the fps will start off great in the menu in game when starting the game, but then quickly settles at 100. So weird!

Anyone point me to what this might be?

Waaait, i'm an idiot. It's the setting in the NVIDIA Control Panel -> Left pane: Manage 3D settings, and there it is - fps lock

Yeah except in my case it's not a GPU fps limit. You can see that in the performance overlay that it's my CPU which for some odd reason won't go above 100 even though it's good for 220+
