Same here — I’m on a stable 200 Mbps fiber connection and still get 80–120 ms every match, with sudden spikes up to 200 ms.
The game keeps connecting to Singapore or Hong Kong servers instead of anything local, and the hit registration plus delay make infantry fights really frustrating.

It would be great if EA could review the routing or consider bringing Indian servers. The player base here is huge, and this issue has persisted since the BF6 beta.
