On your PC make sure you turn off frame gen as that increases latency which can mess up a lot then go graphics advanced all the way to the bottom turn on performance overlay the little numbers in the top right of your screen green means there good the first number is how much fps that part is getting you there is CPU sim gpu and mps/s for example on the home screen mine is CPU 60 sim 60 GPU 60 mp/s is no important I don't think go into a game and the lowest number of those is how much fps your getting which then you can also find what the problem is if it isn't any of them then it isn't your computers hardware and a software problem some other things you should turn on is some of the stuff in the graphics advanced I forgot what there called on Nvidia as I currently has a amd
