Yes. It's completely broken. I had to stop playing now on my 9800x3d and 5080. I was close to throwing up from motion sickness.
Same here, keyboard/mouse input lags are amazing, they wont refund me.
did anything work for you since the, i have like half a second lag on mouse. Everything is ok with my keyboard or close to it. Il tried loading bf5 and 1, i don't have the problem on those games. Like you, i changed almost all settings and nothing is working. If you have an answer please tell me, ty.
