How do i contact ea live chat support?

i need to contact ea live chat support for the rendezook bug, but i looked everywhere and i don't not how, when i report the issue as a bug in ea help it doesn't open a case , so its just a report, i need to talk to support so they could give me the rendezook dogtag because after hours of trying with 2 successful attempts im not doing this challenge again and they should just give me the dogtags to my account
