I am unable to find the chat option.
I can open up a chat window but it is an automated service that forces you to ask generic questions before leading you to a page on the EA Help site.
Even when I state in the chat window that I would like to speak with an advisor, it leads me to the appeals page.
This is getting cumbersome!! And Season 2 is out now!!
Community ManagerYou could try creating a case without being logged in. Otherwise, I don't have anything else to suggest, unfortunately. You'll just have to wait until there's a response to the dispute.
Yeah the appeal system is broken and unreliable and even if they reply to you your appeal will get denied from what ive experienced so good luck with that and keep us updated if you finally succeed with your appeal.
