Huge issue!!

is the error code I’m getting 

when I launched the game, it works perfectly fine until I get to the fact of playing the game. Once I launch a multiplayer mode it gives me this error  and tells me to buy Xbox live. I am currently game shared to my brother who owns the game and has Xbox live and can play the game normally on his Xbox.
