i cant play bt6

Hello, good morning, I haven't been able to play for a month. Since I changed Windows, I haven't been able to play. I installed exactly the same Windows, installed all the programs and files related to the game, and I have no problems because I'm playing fc26 and I have no problems.

I run the game, a black screen comes up, and when it wants to run the screen and the game runs, the game closes immediately. It seems like it needs a hotfix or something like that. In cracked games, it's like when it closes, it needs a file so that the game doesn't close. My graphics are up to date, and I completely deleted and reinstalled it. My system specifications are i7 11800h - rtx 3050ti, legion5 pro laptop. I emphasize again that it ran perfectly in the previous Windows and I had no problems. If you can, please help.
