I've redeemed a license key for BF 6 Standard Edition that i obtained by Intel. Then i bought EA Play Pro and waited until the game unlocked at 17:00.
But when i triple checked, i found out, that i don't have access to "Phantom Edition".
In the EA App it behaves in a way that i can buy it with a 10% discount, which is incorrect, because EA Play Pro members should have access to it.
Does someone else has this issue?

I pay for EA Play Pro and i don't have Phantom Edition like they promise!! So disappointed!
I paid for the Phantom Edition Battlefield 6 and I have the normal version. I uninstalled it from PS5 and installed again and still have the regular version, and screen appears that I can buy the Phantom Edition. I bought it on PSN with 10% discount. I have anything from the Phantom Edition.

I ordered the Phantom Edition and received the basic edition. When I go to the PlayStation Store, it says there is a conflict with the Battlefield 6 Phantom Pack product that comes with the basic edition as an add-on. Unfortunately, it is not possible to uninstall only the add-on, and synchronizing licenses and restarting does not fix the problem, which is always the recommendation from EA Games and Sony support. I think we wasted our money and time

Yup, same here, upgraded from EA Play to EA Play pro only be jew'd out of the phantom edition :(
