I need help whit battlefield 6 directx error

Hi Today I installed Battlefield 6 and started the game I played and it gave me a DirectX error. I tried to download it again, but it doesn't work. My friend has the same PC model as me, and it works for him. Please help me.

Hey frodaybloc1 I moved your thread to the English boards as it was posted in the italian ones. If you ever want help in Italian, here's how to change the language in the EA Forums.

    Now, let's address your problem:
The error code already suggests what might be going on here: BF6 is trying to use the Intel UHD Graphics card.
    That's usually your integrated card.

If you use a laptop, it's very common that some applications end up running in energy-saving mode and won't use your dedicated GPU.

To possibly solve the problem, try this:
    - Right-click on the Windows Logo -> Settings -> System -> Display -> Graphics -> you'll find a list of apps, if BF6 is not in there, click Add Desktop App.
    - Navigate to the BF6 Installation folder (on EA app: C:\Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield 6 | On steam: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield 6 ), and add both BF6.exe and EAAnticheat!
    - Once there, set both game and anti-cheat to High performance; usually, it will say the name of your GPU.

Once that is done, the game should be working fine.

If that doesn't fix the issue:

    - Go to your GPU Control Panel and make sure that BF6 is using the dedicated GPU.
If you are using an Nvidia GPU, open the Nvidia Control Panel -> Manage 3D Settings -> Program Settings -> find or add BF6 -> Make sure it is using the high-performance GPU.

If issues persist, I would recommend starting with a clean installation of your GPU Drivers.

Keep us updated on this. Hopefully, this is enough to fix your issue!

frodaybloc1 is the error the same? Did it change at all?
You may want to try running the game with a Clean Boot of your PC.

It's also worth trying to repair the game.
On EA app -> click on the 3 dots on the top-right corner of the game -> Repair.

If you want, it could be useful to have your DxDiag.txt file as well, so we can check if there are any other errors reported there!

Your GPU is not detected. Either it isn't installed correctly or you are attempting to play the game on integrated graphics with only 8GB of system memory.
