IGLA - Missile range

Using this missile is already hard enough with below radar and the "too close" mechanic/bug. It also has a problem that the lock will break because of range even if the missile has already been fired.

This means that firing an IGLA at anything moving away from you doesn't work as it will just afterburn until the range of the lock fails.

Please extend the locking range after firing to at least 1100 meters.
