48GB of RAM is a non-standard memory configuration.
Please list how many memory sticks are plugged into the motherboard and the storage size of each memory stick.
I have 2x 8 GB and 2x 16 GB Ram Sticks

It might be possible to get different RAM stick sizes all running in dual channel mode, but I'm not 100% sure.
Here's the memory slots Gigabyte AB350M-DS3H V2 user manual recommends to use for dual channel mode.
- The two 16gb sticks go in slots 1 and 2.
- The two 8gb sticks go in slots 3 and 4.
I would also test performance with only the two 16gb sticks plugged into the motherboard and the two 8gb sticks unplugged, to see if that increases CPU performance and framerate.
Please download HWiNFO and post a screenshot of your System Summary so we can see if EXPO/XMP memory overclocking is enabled.
Running mismatched memory sticks puts extra strain on the memory controller inside the CPU. Running 4 memory sticks also puts more strain on the memory controller compared to just running two sticks.
I recommend running only two identical memory sticks for better system stability, in motherboard slots 1 and 2.
