Is there a way to contact a live person at EA for help?

I purchased BF6 and the Upgrade of Phanton on Steam.  This is for the PC platform.

The problem I am having, even after linking both EA and Steam, I can't get into Multiplayer or Campaign mode.

I have tried using the chat help, but I don't think they understand the issue.  

I did the pre-order of BF6, and have been trying to get this issue resolved for some time now.

Who exactly do I need to speak with in order to get this issue resolved?  It doesn't seem like the chat help is working at all to get this resolved.
