Issues caused by EA outage

Basically, i been contacting support trying to solve this since the launch. What happened is i preordered bf6 phantom edition on EA because i bought bf4, bf1, bfV, bf2042 on there and i wanted to keep bf games there. My friends told me to switch to steam but i didn't listen. I been hyped for this game ever since beta. What basically happened, i came home from work looking forward playing this game with my friends but i wasn't able to  because of this screen.

So i redownloaded all the missing files twice and same result every time. I  was frustrated and disappointed so i decided to refund and buy it on steam and everything ran smoothly. The next day i realized i do not have tombstone pack anymore and whole EA support is refusing to help me or anything. I also got this message that confirmed fault on EA's fault however i am not sure anymore that i will get this even. 

All i want is to have tombstone pack since the only reason why my account is missing is caused by EA's outage.
