LAT VAR

How can I make the game playable again?  It has been about a month since I’ve been able to play conquest.  Or any vehicle map for that matter.  Even Redsec in final circle is unplayable.  I am playing on PC, with Ethernet cable. EA App Latency 30-40.

NVIDIA RTX3070 32GB DDR4 RAM

Can you please help me fix this problem?
