Low poly/low textures + infinite loading

In redsec a bunch of things are incredibly low poly like the stairs are just a straight slope with ultra low textures, the trees and bushes as well. 
After a match if i go back to the menu i get a loading screen that stays here indefinitely and i have to altF4 the game. These issues arrived after the winter patch. 
can ea put out at least one update without messing a bunch of things in the process ?
