Map Rendering issues

Ever since the new update I have experienced map rendering issues while loading into games, especially Redsec. At the start of every match structures, weapons, crates etc. are not loading in, it takes several minutes for everything to load in. This obviously makes the game unplayable... I have tried everything up to this point and had been playing the game fine with no issues until the latest update came out. I have updated drivers, uninstalled/ reinstalled game, verified files on steam and nothing fixes the issue. I don't believe this is on my end, as most of my settings are set to low. 

Have found little to no info about this issue but assuming I cant be the only one. Was hoping for some more information on EA pushing out a fix for this soon or not, otherwise I will have to request a refund.
