Match not loading

So I have had a problem since bf1 that is worse on bf6. Every time the match ends and starts to load a new match my squad loads in with out me. I get left of the ended match. I have to manually leave the match and squad to join back. It is ruining the game for me. Its every battlefield game since bf1. I'm on the xbox series x but it started on the xbox one.
