Matchmaking bug

Hi. I have this bug where at the end of a game it doesn’t always put me into the next game I have to leave and join my friends party again vice versa. It seems to bug out if the screen rolls across the screen when it views top team, progression and challenges etc . Any help? I have to keep searching for new games. Tried restarting and join my friends lobby’s or I host does the same bug
