Matchmaking error after completion of gam

Not every game, but often I get stuck at the after action screen upon completing a game.  My party is queued up into a new game, and I am left behind.

The only solution is to have my party back out of the game that they are already in, or me having to wait for an available spot in their game.

 Please advise if there is any work around or fix to this.  I have been experiencing this issue since day 1.
