Matchmaking issue - squad not getting into game together

I'm at a loss at how hard it is to get me and my party members all into a game together when starting a search from the main menu as a squad. There seems to be very little posted on this is a daily struggle for me and people i (try to) play with. And when we do get into a game as a squad it rarely works for the second match so its back out and start the frustration all over again. Today was the last straw and we had to give up playing as we just could not get into a lobby as a group. 

I don't understand why i'm not seeing more about this issue as its turning into a gamebreaker for me and seems worst since the last patch. Not sure how this is not listed as a known issue.

If anyone has a solution please advise. Or if developer needs more info message me. Play on xbox.
