Re: Middle East server issues

Hello EA and Battlefield Team,

I am writing this as a paying customer and as a player from the Middle East who genuinely enjoys Battlefield and wants to see the game succeed.

When I first purchased Battlefield 6 during Season 1, everything was working perfectly. My ping was consistently between 10–20 ms, and for the first time in a long time I was able to enjoy Battlefield with a smooth, competitive experience. I was genuinely happy because finally we had servers that allowed us to play properly.

Unfortunately, things have become significantly worse over time.

Today, my ping is constantly 120–200 ms, along with noticeable input delay and inconsistent gameplay. This issue is affecting many players across the Middle East, not just me. It has reached a point where the game is no longer enjoyable, regardless of internet quality or hardware.

As customers, we paid full price for this game because we wanted to enjoy it during our free time. It is frustrating to see such a major issue remain unresolved.

I also have a few concerns:

• Middle East server performance should be a top priority. Before focusing on attracting new players through free access or promotions, please make sure existing and new players can actually enjoy the game. Imagine someone trying Battlefield for the first time with 130–200 ms ping. That first impression will likely drive them away instead of encouraging them to stay.
• Cheating has become much more noticeable, especially during Season 3. It is becoming increasingly common to encounter suspected hackers.
• Game crashes between matches are still happening and negatively impact the overall experience.

I truly want Battlefield 6 to succeed. The gameplay itself is fantastic, but these technical problems are pushing loyal players away.

Please give the Middle East servers the attention they deserve and improve the overall online experience as soon as possible.
