I personally saw the ingame message saying my code was activated and I unlocked the assault skin. Didn't unlock realistically, so I waited a day, and now it's still saying unavailable... The message in-game is also gone.
Okay I just checked and I have the engineer one, perhaps I mistook the release dates for the skins from our 5.11 order.
Weird, I didn't even get an in-game message. I've had this issue with EA for a while, too, where my old email is just inaccessible for me to take off and add my current one, and I can't do it without doing 2FA steps.
