Hi Pulsar, I wanted to follow up on this. I've restarted my game countless times, and I redeemed the code received 5.11 weeks ago and redeemed it via the EA website. I play mainly on Xboxox and it's linked to my Xbox account. Is this issue still being investigated by the team? I wanna make sure I get the item I paid for its been frustrating, if you can follow up on this reply. It's irritating mainly because I don't know what else to do, and the support system hasn't been too helpful.

I tried to chat with EA support but when I explained the issue to your AI chatbot, it said EA support could not help me with this, to post int he forums. I also contacted 5.11
This is just ridiculous. This is the most basic of functions.
