Missing 5.11 Tactical skin after redeeming code on EA website.

Is anyone else missing their 5.11 Tactical Engineer skin for NATO? I have my code in my email as proof, and I even redeemed it to the account associated with it, and I still don't have it.

The funny part is I bought 3 times from 5.11 (for me and friends ) so that we get 3 codes , only received one and redeemed(didn't work till now) and for the other two, didn't receive them 🧙🏻‍♂️
