Sorry to hear that those coins haven't reached your account yet. If you haven't already, please also go through the steps:
- Check your order/transaction history to see if the purchase appears
- If it doesn't, you may be on the wrong account
- Restart Battlefield 6 and sign in
- Play a full match to trigger a sync
