I am requesting assistance regarding a missing promotional code for the Battlefield 6 × 5.11 Engineer Skin offer.

Today I visited a 5.11 retail store at the following location:

Commerce, CA 90040

I participated in the in-store promotion where customers who spend over $50 receive a Battlefield 6 promotional reward. My total purchase amount was $116.03, which meets the spending requirement. I made this purchase specifically to participate in the Battlefield 6 promotion.

At the store, I was informed that the promotional code would be issued by EA rather than being provided at checkout. However, I have not received any code, email, or follow-up instructions.

After contacting the store, I was directed back to EA for support. Unfortunately, I have not received a clear resolution.

I would appreciate assistance with:

Clarification on how and when the promotional code is issued

Verification of my eligibility

Guidance on how to receive the code

I have retained my receipt and can provide a copy if needed.
