Mouse-bound inputs stop working

After crouching or sprinting, my mouse inputs (fire and ADS) stop working entirely and remain broken until I restart the game. The issue is reproducible: go into a match or the shooting range, test fire to confirm it works,  sprint or crouch, test fire again., total failure. The mouse works normally outside the game, in the main menu in a match/shooting range, and, uf I bind the keys the my keyboard, the function still works. I’m on PC using a Logitech G Pro Wireless at 1000 Hz polling with mouse acceleration off. I did full reinstall of game and drivers, adjusting polling rate, and several of the other recommended fixes I found for similar issues on this site. Help!
