I've got the same problem. My EA account is hacked by a Russian hacker. My gmail adress is changed into a Russian emailadress. I've send request for help through the EA website yesterday but I haven't heard anything yet. I'm desperate to retrieve my account and progress. And I want to play the game with my friends. I can't do anything now! :-(
