We are several players with the same problem. I bought the game earlier today, played for about an hour, then took my dog for a walk. When I came back and started playing again, I got banned.
I can’t submit a support request, because like many others, my account doesn’t show as suspended, and support doesn’t allow me to open a ticket.
Luckily, I bought the game on Steam and only played for about 90 minutes, so I could still request a refund — but honestly, I’d rather they fix the issue than have to return the game.
I played for 9 hours, and the refund failed. Now I don't know what to do
