Tjhjdj,

Have you been updating and reopening your case? If so, that pulls it out of the queue and adds it back in at the back, and it'll take longer for our terms of service team to see it.

Thank you for your reply. I haven't made any changes since September 3rd and have been waiting for review until today. Today, I heard feedback from others on the forum and resubmitted my case. Why hasn't my case been processed for thirteen days? Based on your description, I resubmitted it today and I estimate it will take a long time.

There can be a number of factors that determine how long it takes for them to see your appeal, but 13 days is definitely a long time to be waiting. Hopefully you'll hear from them soon after you resubmitted your case; I'm afraid that I can only ask for patience while they work.
