So when will my appeal case be updated, the stupid anticheat banned a fully innocent player and just leave it, never got response from TOS team👍
Community ManagerHey cevansAKAkun,
When did you raise a dispute with them? And what does the status of your dispute say when you check under my cases?
Hello, my case has been unattended for fourteen days. What should I do? I'm very anxious and afraid I might miss the two-week activity.
有没有办法联系到你的评审？我真的需要他们帮我审查记录和案件。我不是作弊玩家，我急需解封。
Is there any way to contact your reviewers? I really need them to review my records and cases. I am not a cheating player and I urgently need to be unbanned.
Community ManagerThe only way to contact our terms of service team is through the appeals process. I can see from your screenshot that you've updated your case; you need to not do that, as that pulls it out of the queue.
My first appeal was rejected by AI two hours later. My second appeal showed "Waiting on Studio," and after eight days there was no change, so I closed the case and resubmitted it for a third time. The third appeal, however, showed "Updated by Customer," and a day later there was still no change.😵
