My battlefield6 acount was wrongly banned for a long time.

Hello, gentlemen. I wonder if you have already started working. I am a gamer from mainland China. I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition of Battlefield 6 for 428 yuan whilst it was still available for pre-order, and have been playing it ever since. Even though my computer’s specifications only allow for a frame rate of up to 50 fps, I’ve still enjoyed playing it for over a hundred hours. However, earlier this year, whilst on holiday, I went to an internet café to try playing the game at a higher frame rate and with better graphics, and I happily played several matches. Yet, when I returned home from the internet café and tried to continue playing, I discovered that my account had been banned. It might be because EAAC mistook the management software in the background of the internet cafe for cheating envirment. I have lodged several appeals this year, but the issue remains unresolved. I had absolutely no intention of spoiling the gaming atmosphere or disrupting the game’s balance. I've heard that you can check whether palyers are truly cheating based on in-game data. I sincerely ask you to review my in-game data and unblock my account. I'm being wronged!! Thank you very much.

  • Hi xie730,

Sorry to hear you’ve been dealing with this for so long.

I understand why you feel frustrated, especially after spending that much time with the game and then running into a ban after playing somewhere else. Unfortunately, bans and appeals can’t be reviewed or handled here on the forums.

If you believe the action was applied incorrectly, the best next step is still to continue through the appeal/support process and explain the full situation as clearly as possible, including that you played from an internet café before the ban happened and believe that may be relevant.

For your account security, I’d also strongly recommend avoiding playing on public or otherwise unsecured networks or devices where possible.

If you still disagree with the review outcome, you can try submitting another request through the support team through this webform.

Sorry again that you’re in this position, and thank you for taking the time to explain it here.
