My mouse stopped working

I have just noticed that my firing and zooming options stop working specifically after sprinting or attempting to sprint. This problem persists until I restart the game. And then it happens again whenever I press my shift key(sprint).

Edit same happens when I use Ctrl (Crouch)

I started to have this same issue yesterday and I have attempted all suggestions you made yesterday. I was to the point that I ended up buying the game on Steam to see if it was my game not properly working through the EA app since I bought the game directly through EA. I uninstalled the EA version of Battlefield 6 and I still came across this issue. the game has been uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, all apps in the background have been turned off as well except for the Steam app. I have no clue what to do and it has become increasingly aggravating considering the only way the game will allow me to ADS and shoot is if I plug a controller in, but I prefer Mouse & Keyboard due to the response time and accuracy. Please help me EA_Aljo

Hi there. Thanks for contacting us about this. Here are some suggestions that may help.

• Do you happen to have any other controllers connected? Or any virtual input software? DS4Windoes, Steam Input, etc. If so, make sure any other controllers are unplugged and disable these apps.
• Disable any overlays. Discord, GeForce Experience, EA App, Xbox Game Bar, etc
• Set the polling rate to 500 Hz in your mouse software. Also, disable acceleration in Windows
• Try a different USB port for the dongle
• Make sure your game files are repaired/verified

I have the exact same issue, I enter the game and I can shoot 1 or 2 magazines and then my mouse just stops working. its only in game, I can't shoot or aim. I can however browser the menu's and click on things there its only when i'm inside the game it doesn't work, it started this morning... How the hell do I fix this?

Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Try Alt+Tab to switch to a different window and then back again. Something else to try is switching between fullscreen and windowed mode. Give this a shot and let me know how it goes. Thanks!

I’m having trouble with my mice in battlefield 6 I can not shoot or aim and this just started BOUT TWO DAYS ago I’ve tried everything update my drivers for my mice and keyboard I even uninstalled the game this issue is on my pc I also have a gaming laptop that works fine no issues with that and I play the same game on my laptop battlefield 6
