My skin progression just bugged and add ADS field of view switch into the game

My skin progression for NATO Engieener just bugged. Once i hit 21 kills on Iberian Offensive since than amount of kills on objective started decreasing, since then after every match it went down and down tilll it became 0/30 and as you see progress bar around half of it 

And when we will get ADS filed of view cuz sniper are unplayable with FOV over 85. And changing everytime FOV to play sniper gives me a headache
