Name plates don't show on pre-game stcreen

When i see me squad before game starts i just see me own name plate, my squad members don't have any name plate. I have tried the hud opacity thing, but with no luck what so ever.

Also on loadout i do not see weapon levels, well i see them when i click configure (the thing where you change things on your weapon, but yeah.


Anyone know how to fix this or is it server sided?
