Network issue

My internet connection is limited to dial-up, but it gets cut off by your latest anti-cheat system. When I exit to desktop, I can't reconnect and have to force shutdown my computer. This issue has persisted ever since you launched the new anti-cheat. Could your engineers please resolve this problem? Don't use my network configuration or your technology as excuses, because I've never experienced dial-up disconnections while playing other games like CS2, APEX, or COD21 with their anti-cheat systems. The issue only occurs when playing games with Javelin anti-cheat.
