Have you checked the audio settings on your Xbox? Also, do you have a different HDMI cable you can try? It might also be good to delete the personal saved data for Battlefield 6 with these steps:

    1. Hit the Guide button on your controller
    2. Highlight the Battlefield 6 icon
    3. Press the Menu button. It's the small button to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it
    4. Select Manage game & add ons
    5. Go to Saved data
    6. Delete the file with your gamertag on it. Just delete from console, not everywhere

Let me know what happens. Thanks!

I'm losing sound constantly, right in the middle of games.  I'm using a Manba One XBox style wireless controller and Corsair wireless headset.  I've turned the headset on and off, removed the dongle and reinserted it, changed to my Corsair wired headset, and nothing works.  I can talk all the while on Discord, but the game sound is dead.  Only closing BF6 and restarting it brings the sound back.

I deleted the spare file and it seems to have fixed it. Thank you for your help

Hi, its just through my TV connected to xbox. It went completely mid game? I get sound on all other xbox games and menu. As soon as I click launch on battlefield...all sound goes. Even menus on the game are silent. Nothing at all coming through?

Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. I'll try to help with your no sound issue. What sound set up do you have? Are you using a headset or speakers? Have you tried outputting sound through a different device? Also, have you checked to make sure sound wasn't accidentally muted?
