NOMAD CX-12

I have completed almost every mission in game for points and still do t have enough points for the NOMAD CX-12 reward. There is one challenge that stopped recording my wins. Ice Lock Domination is stuck on 3/5. Of that ever completes I still don’t have enough reward points to get the NOMAD. Why has the game stopped giving me reward points? Most all challenges are completed minus the broken one.
