Bf1 to 5 is playable not problems but bf6 after the season 3 update is not . I have ditched EA and returned back to playing Project Reality. It was based on the BF2 engine back in 2004/5 . Its been 15 yrs since I last played it and have have just downloaded the new version made in 2025 and I think it is based on the BF3 engine. It seems EA are ditching past battlefield games. When project reality first started it was a free download but you had to own battlefield 2 .Now it is a stand alone . Free to download and free to play. The game Squad came about because of it . Before Squad there was so many servers it was that popular now to have a public server it requires a licence where back then it was not a thing .All about money...EA is no different ...
BF1 is unplayable because of the cheaters though.
