I keep getting a connection lost online services timed out when trying to continue playing campaign. You would think some trouble with the network, but no I can still play multiplayer without issues but when I try to go campaign it just stops.
Already tried restarting, flush dns, restart router. But to no effect
Annybody got an idea what to do

Yeah, same here. Been trying to access the campaign for about 3 hrs now
This is an issue right now I have been trying for a while to no avail. Can't even play single player but multi is working just fine. EA_Leeuw Any idea what's going on with it or when a fix will be deployed?
I just posted about it…I have been trying all day today. Multiplayer works fine though
I just got done talking with support nothing we can do till the devs push a patch. Which sucks I have been wanting to play the campaign all day too. Now its just a waiting game unfortunately.
Interesting that you got a support person who gave you any information at all! Mine just pointed to a Microsoft wifi troubleshooting page and said, "Try that," and then told me to report the issue on the forums because he had nothing else to offer.
For an enterprise, I'm kind of disappointed in EA's lack of QA and communication on an issue like this. Seems at least you got someone who could tell you the developers are aware and working on it. It would be 'awesome' if a community manager could chime in on any one of these forum threads where multiple people are reporting this issue. Just sayin'. (hint-hint)
I'm having this issue as well. I was playing it last night, before the 1.1.1.0 & Season 1 patch. After those updates I cannot continue in the campaign. I have not tried multiplayer yet.
Yea I was kind of surprised when my support person told me that. This is exactly what they said.
(10/28/2025, 10:58:17 PM): I have checked the details and can see that this is an ongoing issue and many players around the globe are facing the same issue at the moment. So do not worry, our studio team is working on a fix and it will be fixed as soon as possible.
I even mentioned Leeuw for a response on this post earlier but sadly nothing. Only response I got took up 30 mins of my time over 6 hours after I tried to play the campaign today. At least we know that someone knows about the issue over there.
